Salary: £27,000
Job Description:
Summary of Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Account Executive team to construct, amend and update quotes and input additions and confirm opportunities.
- Work with the Account Executive team to review and evaluate technician expense reports for each show and approve or reject as needed to finalise billing.
- Implement requested changes or additions from the Account Executive team and communicate or route those changes to the affected internal departments.
- Complete final invoicing in tandem with the Account Executive team within the timelines expressed by the Finance Department and Pixl Evolution leadership.
- Work with the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deposits, invoicing, credit applications and collections.
- Engage with the Account Executive and Accounts Management team to proactively resolve questions around quoting, contracts, client-critical situations or other issues that need to be answered or resolved.
- Manage project costs and margins by following established standard operating procedures and processes.
- Coordinate with the Account Executive and with Labour and Logistics to provide accurate labour needs and transport schedules. Ensure that staffing changes or updates are properly entered into our equipment management system and communicated appropriately.
- Coordinate with the Account Executive and with the Operations department to add orders and equipment substitutions as they relate to active quotes.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent.
- 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Effective decision-making.

Production Assistant
Department: Touring
Reporting to: Director, Touring & Entertainment
Location: Pixl Evolution office & home office with travel within the UK, Europe and globally as required
Job Description:
Summary of Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships and rapport with clients, conduct client visits as necessary and appropriate.
- Discussing event requirements directly with clients including keeping detailed client briefs.
- Producing accurate quotations and proposal documentation.
- Work with the project and operations team to convert the brief into an accurate technical specification.
- Managing all aspects of the project from the pre-production process to completion.
- Liaise internally cross departmentally to arrange freelance crew, sub-hire equipment and transportation.
- Manage freelance crew to deliver the client’s brief whilst on-site.
- Producing and managing all administration documentation relating to a project including H&S documents.
- Cost control of project budgets and producing documentation for the Accounts Department for invoicing.
- Research the latest technology and advise the Technical Director accordingly.
- Working with the Technical Director and Business Development Director to develop the department in general and the way we work with our clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop business opportunities.
- Attend trade shows when appropriate.
- Project support out of hours when required.
- To perform other duties as assigned by and discussed with the Technical Director.
Experience and Behaviours:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and event production professionals in both formal and informal situations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective decision making.
- The ability to travel, sometimes at short notice.
