Freelancer Terms & Conditions

  1. Pixl Evolution require that all freelancers hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of £5 Million in cover. This should always be in date when working for us and a PO cannot be issued unless we have an up-to-date copy of your insurance. We ask that you keep us up to date with your new policy details when it comes to renewal. 
  1. Health and Safety is of utmost importance to Pixl Evolution. We ask that you adhere to any health and safety regulations outlined in your crew briefing document / induction or as requested by your PM upon arrival to site. PPE and the maintenance of PPE is the responsibility of the individual. We will guide you on PPE requirements where possible but ask that you also consider the work you are undertaking and wear / use the appropriate PPE relevant to your job role.
  1. Pixl Evolution expect that you always conduct yourself professionally whilst onsite or in the presence of the client. We ask that you are considerate to the clients’ needs and requests. Any concerns/challenges should be brought to the attention of the onsite Project Manager.
  1. Crew mental health is important to Pixl Evolution. Bullying, intimidation and / or derogatory language / behaviours towards other crew members will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be behaving in this manner may be removed from site. Should you feel you are being subjected to this type of behaviour, please speak to your onsite Project Manager, or feel free to contact our Project Coordinators. 
  1. Pixl Evolution require that all Kit / equipment / tech provided for the job you are working on, is handled with care and consideration. Any costs from damages caused by neglect or incorrect use will be passed on to the person(s) responsible for the damage.
  1. Pixl Evolution will expect crew to adhere to the dress code stipulated in your crew briefing document. Where there is a relaxed dress code, we expect that you dress appropriately for the job and always remain presentable.
  1. Pixl Evolution ask all crew to refrain from posting client content on to social media. Behind the scenes imagery should also not be posted without prior permission from the Project Manager. Client confidentially must be always upheld.
  1. Compensation for job cancellation will be at the discretion of Pixl Evolution and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Compensation will only be considered where a job has been confirmed and a PO has been issued.
