our story.
Founded in 2017, Pixl is a dynamic and rapidly growing company made up of industry veterans who share a wealth of experience. Our team has been responsible for the delivery of some of the most iconic live events and performances in the last few decades.
We developed a strong portfolio of digital services through the award-winning Pixl Studios in Central London. This has allowed us to emerge as one of the leading xR specialists in the UK. We have continued to thrive as clients demand working in a variety of different mediums with a wider choice of engagement for audiences.

Having worked for over 20 years in the live events and theatre industries as a technical project manager. Attention to detail and believing that it’s always worth doing something properly has kept Peter working on anything from theatre productions in the West End such as "Phantom of the Opera" and large-scale keynote events for 10,000 people, to managing 30 breakout rooms for some of the largest agencies and corporations in Europe and the USA.
Yosi Ramirez Christian
Account Manager
Yosi started her journey in the events industry working as Meetings and Events Planner in the US. From there she quickly progressed through the ranks of Events Manager, Senior Events Coordinator and Project Manager before finding her rewarding path in the corporate world at Blitz. There she partnered with Miles Poulton under whom she worked as Crew Booker, Facilitator, Project Manager and finally as Account Manager for high profile clients such as Morgan Stanley. Yosi has successfully fulfilled ambitious worldwide events in many sectors, utilising her multi-lingual skills and natural charm.

Guy Vellacott

Guy has more than 20 years experience in the live video environment. Beginning his career in commercial TV, he mastered a variety of technical roles before becoming a highly-rated project manager. Guy has worked extensively across Europe with some of the industry’s largest agencies and suppliers, accruing the insights and skills that underpin Pixl’s ability to supply high level global corporate and special events.
Tiffany Green

Tiffany’s relationship with the AV industry started more than 20 years at a major audio manufacturer. As a PA to Senior Management, she travelled all over the world representing the company at trade shows, forging strong relationships with its world-wide network of distributors. Her move into the video industry with Pixl was a seamless transition for this energetic, focused and highly organised professional.

Project Director
Alex has been involved in live event production for more than 20 years, working primarily as a video specialist. He has extensive knowledge and experience of every aspect of video delivery, including projection, mapping, playback, systems and editing, as both a consultant/designer and highly skilled experienced operator/programmer. Alex’s expertise plays a key role in the delivery of Pixl’s leading edge service.
Wayne Madge
Operations Manager
With an audiovisual career spanning over 14 years, Wayne discovered very quickly he had an instant passion for live events and has been hooked ever since. Quick to be promoted through the ranks, he has built up a solid reputation for being a diligent, innovative, disciplined and extremely hard working individual. His operational and technical experience are an invaluable asset to Pixl as we navigate our way through the new normal and the return to in-person events.
Paddy Collier
Project Manager
Paddy has over 30 years of experience in the live events industry, project managing and technically staging events both here in the UK and around the world. He has collaborated with many high-profile clients and production companies, providing a mix of highly technical expertise and skilled logistics on conferences, exhibitions and product launches. Paddy prides himself on working as part of his client’s team, bringing his ability to quickly grasp the details of the event requirements, whilst also being able to think outside the box to achieve the best results.
