Yosi started her journey in the events industry working as Meetings and Events Planner in the US. From there she quickly progressed through the ranks of Events Manager, Senior Events Coordinator and Project Manager before finding her rewarding path in the corporate world at Blitz. There she partnered with Miles Poulton under whom she worked as Crew Booker, Facilitator, Project Manager and finally as Account Manager for high profile clients such as Morgan Stanley. Yosi has successfully fulfilled ambitious worldwide events in many sectors, utilising her multi-lingual skills and natural charm.
Paddy Collier
Project Manager
Paddy has over 30 years of experience in the live events industry, project managing and technically staging events both here in the UK and around the world. He has collaborated with many high-profile clients and production companies, providing a mix of highly technical expertise and skilled logistics on conferences, exhibitions and product launches. Paddy prides himself on working as part of his client’s team, bringing his ability to quickly grasp the details of the event requirements, whilst also being able to think outside the box to achieve the best results.

His practical experience, managing large-scale projects at festivals, conferences, awards events, on music tours and live TV shows, has equipped him with a formidable set of skills, every one of which he puts to highly effective use on behalf of Pixl.
Will Peters
Media Server Operator
Will joins us having passion and experience in both live and virtual events, he enjoys being involved throughout the whole production process from concepts and renders through to media server operation and final delivery. Will has worked on a range of events offering creative playback solutions to suit any event. Specialising in Disguise, Will has used the pandemic to learn new skills in extended reality and hopes to push the boundaries of what’s possible in a virtual environment.

Tobi Earnshaw
Board Technician
Tobi originally started in the events industry as a musician. He was signed by an American record label, living and recording near LA. He toured Europe, Japan and the US. Four years later, he began working in events as a lighting & sound technician in a theatre in north London. He then moved on to working as an AV technician in 2015. Over the last 10 years, Tobi has worked events in some incredible places across Europe. He is now happy to have a home here at Pixl.
