Instructions for the outlook app and outlook in the browser are found below.

Outlook app instructions (windows):

Step 1: click on the button above and copy your new email signature in the new tab.

Step 2: in your microsoft outlook app, select ā€˜file,ā€™ and then select ā€˜options.ā€™

Step 3: select ā€˜mailā€™ and then select ā€˜signaturesā€™

Step 4: in the new window, click ā€˜newā€™ and name your email signature.

Step 5: paste your signature in the field and edit the information.

Step 6: in the ā€˜new messages:,ā€™ and ā€˜replies/forwards:ā€™ dropdown, select your email signature that you just created. Click ā€˜okā€™

 

Outlook app instructions (mac):

Step 1: click on the button above and copy your new email signature in the new tab.

Step 2: open the ā€˜microsoft outlookā€™ app and click ā€˜outlookā€™ -> ā€˜preferencesā€™, or use the shortcut āŒ˜ + ,. Select the ā€˜signaturesā€™ option.

Step 3: click the plus (+) button and double click to rename your signature.

Step 4: paste your signature in the ā€˜signatureā€™ field. Select ā€˜keep source formattingā€™

Step 5: select the ā€˜linkā€™ button to edit your email information. Type your email address into the ā€˜text to displayā€™ and ā€˜email addressā€™ fields.

Step 6: edit the signature field with your information. Select your new signature from the ā€˜new messages:ā€™ and ā€˜replies/forwards:ā€™ drop down. Finally, close window.

 

Outlook in web browser:

Step 1: click on the button above and copy your new email signature in the new tab.

Step 2: in office 365, select settings (gear icon) and click ā€˜mail.ā€™

Step 3: select ā€˜email signature,ā€™ found below ā€˜layoutā€™. Paste signature in the email signature field.

Step 4: edit the signature field with your information. Select the checkboxes above and click save.
